Gobi Manchurian is originally been developed by Chinese. It is popular and tasty indo - Chinese street food recipe prepared with Cauliflower and Chinese sauce. Spicy taste of Gobi Manchurian attracts the spicy food lover. Now a days Gobi Manchurian is found at wedding reception, birthday parties, restaurants and mostly in fair. There are two types of Gobi Manchurian. Dry and with gravy both types are prepared by using common ingredients like cauliflower, cornflour, Maida, spring onion, capsicum, chilly sauce, soya sauce etc.
I have always been a huge fan of Gobi Manchurian and it is one of the frequent recipe I prepare at home. I personally like the dry variation as a starter and the gravy version as a side dish to fried rice. To conclude, Gobi Manchurian is my all time favorite dish.
